Case study: Scaling LineaSync’s SaaS platform

LineaSync is a B2B SaaS product helping distributed teams manage customer onboarding at scale. PencilTech partnered with the leadership team to modernize their cloud stack, reduce deployment risk, and improve product performance.

The original platform struggled with rising customer demand, inconsistent release pipelines, and limited observability. We ran a two-week discovery to map system bottlenecks, then delivered a phased modernization plan focused on reliability and faster delivery.

Our engineers re-architected the core services into event-driven workflows, introduced infrastructure as code, and implemented real-time monitoring dashboards. The product team also received a refreshed UI system to support new enterprise features.

Within the first quarter, LineaSync launched three new enterprise integrations and doubled its release cadence with fewer production incidents.
